1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the short drama mobile application (“App”) operated by REALITYWORKS (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing or using our App on Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Service Description

Our App offers on-demand short drama video streaming, content browsing and personal viewing services for global users. We reserve the right to update, maintain, adjust or discontinue any service function reasonably without prior notice.

3. Age Eligibility

This App is available for users aged 13 and above. If you are a minor under the applicable local age of majority, you shall use this App under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian. You warrant that all your usage behaviors are legal and compliant.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell or commercially utilize any in-app video, text, image and all intellectual property content without our written authorization;
• Use the App for illegal, violent, obscene, infringing or any improper purposes violating local laws and regulations;
• Attack, interfere, disrupt or damage the App’s server, network system and normal operating environment;
• Upload, spread viruses, spam, malicious code or illegal and harmful information;
• Impersonate others or conduct any fraudulent or harmful behaviors.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your App access immediately for any violation of the above rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights within the App, including but not limited to videos, texts, graphics, trademarks, interface design and software code, are owned by REALITYWORKS or licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal non-commercial right to use and view the content.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may involve third-party services such as Google Play. We do not control third-party platforms and shall not be liable for any risks, policies and content of third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR WITHOUT DEFECTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REALITYWORKS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. All rights granted to you under these Terms will terminate immediately.

10. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms occasionally. The updated Terms will be published on our official page and take effect immediately. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
